VENTURA MUSIC FESTIVAL

May 3 - May 12

Taking place in venues throughout the city, this year's line-up of performances features talented vocalists, string quartets, a "rising stars" competition and more. In addition to the music, each year a group of local artists is selected by the Festival to create works for display preceding the concert. This year twelve women produced "Visions on Screen," a collection conceived in the elegant form of the folding screen, to be sold at auction on March 31. http://www.venturamusic
